LEARN TO MEDITATE – Begin your meditation practice with 7 days of live guided meditations.
Would you like to develop a meditation practice? These 1/2 hour long sessions
will be held over seven consecutive mornings beginning Monday 2nd November at 7am
. Each session will introduce you to the techniques of mindfulness meditation and help you develop a consistent practice. These taster sessions will offer you a chance to join others in learning about and experiencing the practice of mindfulness meditation. By taking part in scheduled live sessions you will benefit from the presence of the collective group and thus gain deeper relaxation.
Guided by your host you will meditate in a meaningful safe space for 10mins. After the meditation questions can be asked and experiences can be shared. Mindfulness meditation draws your attention to the present moment using your breath. Mindfulness meditation is an easy skill to master but without accountability it may not be used consistently enough to gain the benefits this wonderful practice can bring to your life.
